How can I be sure of my gender?
The quick answer is, next time you are in the bathroom, look downward. However, in today's society, it is far more complex.
According to PlayBuzz, in relation to other genders, you're just being yourself; and a person has to be able to express their gender identity through the way they see fit.
Joseph Goebbels says, "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it."
Well, not all people. While I understand that this is the madness method for those who propagate lies, the greater crisis is the individual telling a lie ultimately deludes into believing the lie, exchanging the Truth for the lie. It is what we counselors call "false memory syndrome."
Not long ago, securing gender identity was based on the genitalia assigned at conception by the Creator. Today, gender and sexuality appear to be complex topics, but in God’s reality, it remains simple. Even though the world's becoming more progressive, it's still hard to talk about the Creator versus the personal self-identified gender preferences that determine the person's attraction.
What about those born with both sets of genitalia, the “intersex?”
Intersex is a biological deformity - disorders of sex development (DSD)—occur when a child's internal and external reproductive organs develop abnormally. The defect lies within the chromosomes, gonads, or anatomical sex development. In some cases, a person may have male chromosomes (XY), but the genitals appear female or ambiguous. In other cases, a person with female chromosomes (XX) may have external genitals that look, male.
Because of this deformity, specialists classically treat the problem by delaying the surgery process to give the child a chance to participate in the decisions about their gender, believing that the child has the right to differentiate their self-identified gender according to personalized social gender identity, sexual orientation, and biological sex attractions. Instead of surgically removing the genitalia that does not match the biological chromosome marker, such as XY and XX, most modern urological surgeons delay the decision until the child can make the decision.
Even though these cases are few and far between, this is where the gender identity issue was birthed. The challenge became complex because progressive science has converted the real science of chromosomes XY & XX to that of psychological gender/sexuality markers. For example, they claim that some research has found that the brains of transgender people more closely match the brains of the gender they self-identify, no matter what the biological sex they were assigned at conception. The truth is, biological identity is found in the chromosomes, NOT in the psychological identification of preferred secondary sex chromosomes.
Gender issues are not new to humanity.
While Bible believers adhere to God creating Adam and Eve, male and female, the issue of same-sex attraction was populated by God’s enemy – Satan. The outcome of this temptation was the sin of homosexuality. A sin Satan knew was deplorable to God. Nonetheless, Satan became successful in trending this sin until it became the norm for humanity.
The biology of having sex is neutral.
The body doesn’t care if it is masturbation, same-sex, sex with an animal, or a heterosexual exchange. What or who you have sex with is a physiological fulfillment of hormonal arousal. Due to this reality, God put guidelines, rules, or laws in place to protect the parameters of His creation.
Assuming our readers have not deconstructed the Word of God, the Lord clearly reveals the doctrines associated with immorality. Because of these parameters, sin is born when God’s created beings violate these mandates. Furthermore, when humanity refuses to honor such guidelines resulting from His anger, He frequently turns them over to their biological passions.
For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures. Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful; and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them. (Romans 1:21-32)

Could it be God turned our culture over to a depraved mind?
It does not take a theologian to figure out that our present culture houses all of these deplorable ideations – sins. It would behoove us NOT to blame or judge the depraved minds of those that either practice these sins or propagate them. We need to keep the blame where the blame is earned – with Satan. While God appears in this text as harsh and unloving, He is not. The Lord knows how to accomplish His Grace message and objective. As the Word of God reveals, many times, if not most, God turns people over to their flesh to save their spirit.
Gender identity issues are not only expected; it is prophesized in the Word. While God has an objective of transforming souls back into the likeness of Himself, Satan has the same goal to propagate humanity to worship and serve the creature rather than the Creator. And by the way, this “creature” is no other than Satan himself.
Understanding the real war hidden behind the depraved minds within our culture can help us activate compassion in action. Our baseline is simple. There are two forces demanding worship, God and Satan. One uses righteousness through Christ Jesus, and the other uses depraved progressive science's physical, psychological, and spiritual identity markers.
Let’s face it. Now that the Bible has been deconstructed as a book written by mere men, the science books have surfaced as the “holy grail” of knowledge. However, if my memory serves me, there were two trees in the garden, the Tree of Life and Knowledge. Life is a Person. Knowledge is a collection of interpretations of existing Truth.

Gender identification is a huge issue in our culture today. So much so, a theological friend of mine believes the "battle of the sexes" will be Satan's primary deception used to usher in his gender neutral Satanic one-world government. Folks, I tend to agree with him.
