iX Truthstream | Douglas Vandergraph | Self-Life is Not Enough WHEN THE SELF-LIFE IS NOT ENOUGH
Featuring Douglas Vandergraph & Dr. Stephen Phinney
We are delighted to welcome Douglas Vandergraph as a new staff writer for the IM Christian Writers Forum. Douglas joins our fellowship with a voice shaped by Scripture, seasoned by experience, and anchored in a deep desire to help believers grow in sustained engagement with Yeshua and His Word. His writing reflects a rare blend of clarity, conviction, and pastoral warmth—offering teaching, encouragement, testimony, and long‑form Bible‑study resources that strengthen discipleship and nourish spiritual maturity. His presence enriches our mission, and we are grateful to add his steady, Christ‑centered voice to our community of writers.
Douglas’s journey to becoming a prolific Christian writer is marked by years of faithful service, disciplined study, and a growing burden to communicate truth with excellence. What began as personal devotion and private reflection gradually expanded into a calling to equip others, as he discovered that the Lord had entrusted him with both insight and the ability to articulate it with precision. Through seasons of challenge, growth, and spiritual refinement, Douglas learned to steward his experiences and his understanding of Scripture into written form. Today, his work stands as the fruit of that journey—a testimony to how God shapes a writer not merely through talent, but through obedience, perseverance, and a heart committed to building up the Body of Christ.
